Privacy policy
Plain language, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not consent. Last reviewed: August 2026.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you submit the contact form or email us, we hold your name, company, email, phone number and the content of your message. We do not operate accounts, so there is nothing else to collect.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics
We measure aggregate traffic to understand which pages are useful. We do not build advertising profiles of individual visitors, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
Client data during an engagement
Where a project gives us access to your systems or data, that is governed by the engagement agreement and any NDA, not by this page. We work inside your infrastructure under your access controls, and we do not use client data to train machine learning models.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Email hsonvane@phoenixinfo.co.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the review date above. We do not backdate changes.
