Work

Three programmes for EKA Mobility, and what each one actually took.

We would rather show one client relationship in real depth than fifteen logos with no detail behind them. EKA Mobility builds electric buses, trucks and small commercial vehicles out of Pune, with one of India's widest EVCV ranges. We have delivered three separate programmes for them across web, growth and AI enablement.

A product platform that absorbs a 14-model range without a redesign

Buses, trucks and small commercial vehicles each needed real specification depth while reading as one coherent brand. We built a component library and content model so the marketing team publishes a new model page in hours — and so the fifteenth model does not require a rebuild.

Getting found by fleet operators, not just EV enthusiasts

Commercial EV buyers research total cost of ownership, range under load and charging logistics — not top speed. We rebuilt the content and paid programme around the questions a fleet procurement committee actually asks, and routed qualified enquiries straight to sales with the context attached.

AI tooling, a support desk, and the training to run both

Beyond development we ran technical support calling, built internal AI tools around their existing workflows, and trained the in-house team — so the capability stayed with EKA after we stepped back rather than leaving with us.

Other engagements

The work we cannot name

A large share of our engagements sit under NDA — particularly in fintech and healthcare, where clients do not want their internal architecture described publicly. We respect that. Here is the shape of it without the names.

Fintech

Reconciliation dashboard

Replaced a multi-workbook manual month-end process with a reconciliation system carrying full audit trails and exception queues. The finance team went from three days of assembly to a morning of review.

Healthcare

Patient intake portal

Consent-aware intake and appointment flow integrated with existing clinical systems, including a legacy record format that could not be replaced. Reduced front-desk data entry substantially.

SaaS

Activation rebuild

Instrumented the onboarding funnel properly, found the drop-off was a data model constraint rather than a UX problem, and fixed it at the source instead of adding more onboarding tooltips.

Logistics

Partner portal

Consolidated transporter coordination out of email and spreadsheets into a portal with role-based access, document handling and status visibility for both sides of each consignment.

EdTech

Cohort operations

Built the operational layer for running concurrent cohorts — scheduling, attendance, submissions and an early-warning view flagging learners going quiet before they dropped out.

Travel

Peak-season hardening

Load-tested and rebuilt the booking path ahead of a seasonal peak, fixing payment retry handling and an availability race condition that had been quietly causing double bookings.

We will connect you with a reference from a comparable engagement on request, subject to that client's agreement.

Next step

Tell us what is actually broken.

A 30-minute call with an engineer, not a salesperson. You will get a straight read on whether we are the right team — including if the answer is no.
